Chronocase Return Policy

At Chronocase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take great pride in providing high-quality acrylic cases designed to protect your valuable collectibles. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns:

You can return your unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product has not been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) must be provided.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at chronocases@gmail.com to initiate your return request. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return process.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or model, we can accommodate exchanges for items that are unused and in original condition. Simply contact our Customer Service team to arrange the exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 4-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at chronocases@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-returnable Items:

For policy reasons, certain items such as custom or personalized cases, sale items, or items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged in Transit:

We take extra care to ensure your order arrives safely, but if your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
